What is the delivery time period?

Order within India are delivered within 7 to 10 working days, and international orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary, depending upon the shipping address.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, Styrrior.com provides Free Shipping for all prepaid orders. COD ( Cash On Delivery ) services are chargeable.  For shipping charges anywhere outside India please contact us at cc@styrrior.com 

Return Policy

  1. Your money is 100% safe with Styrrior and we are committed to ensure you 100% satisfaction with all purchases made on www.styrrior.com. We have a comprehensive return policy which is tailored to protect our customers.
  2. Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tempered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tempered, we request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform our Customer Care along with the order details.
  3. Customer can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
  4. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags, accessories, invoice and packaging intact. Product with missing serial number are also not covered under the policy.
  5. The product amount will be credited back to his/her Styrrior.com wallet or Discount coupon will be issued, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

6.Refund of shipping and COD charges is Not applicable.

  1. To self-ship your return, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For retunes, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on cc@styrrior.com with your Order ID mentioned.
  2. For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in Styrrior.com account to place the order for the new product.
  3. For products without any manufacturing defect / fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs. 100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in case of dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
  4. Only the purchased amount will be refunded as a discount coupon to the customer.
  5. In case of manufacturing defects, customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/return only after a verification process is completed.
  6. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of product delivery, we would assume that you are satisfied with the product quality and do not intend to return it.
  7. For any purchases made at www.styrrior.com, No Return or Exchange shall be made at any Styrrior Exclusive store, Shop In Shop (SIS) or Styrrior authorized MBO. 

No Return, Exchange Products

  1. For Hygiene reasons underwear, vest, socks, gym supporters, guards and all undergarments/ inner apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. All beauty, grooming, personal care like shaving cream, hair gel, perfumes are non returnable or exchangeable products.
  3. All the fragrances, toiletries and accessories are non returnable products.
  4. Screen guards, screen protectors and tempered glasses are non returnable.
  5. No return / exchange on products brought under discount, sale, spacial offers & factory outlet sale. 

Refund Policy

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/damaged.
  2. No Cash Refund.
  3. All refunds will be credited in your Styrrior.com Wallet as store credit or discount coupon will be issued, which you can use to shop on www.styrrior.com only.
  1. If you are a guest user, you will need to register with the mail address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

What are the rules for courier charges refund?

  1. In case of manufacturing defects, for all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cash back of Rs. 100 for shipments weighing up to 500 grams.
  2. For every next 500 grams slab, an additional Rs. 50 will be added to the refund amount.
  3. For example, a single t-shirt piece weighs around 250 grams which if returned would give you a cash back of Rs. 100 in your styrrior.com account.
  4. If you happen to return 3 t-shirts, your return shipment weighs 750 grams and would give you a cashback of Rs. 150.
  5. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend using 'Speed Post' as your courier service.
  6. Speed Post is Government Of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  7. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
  8. If the courier cost is lesser than Rs. 100, you will still be receiving a cashback of Rs. 100.
  9. Cashback can be given in form of store credit or discount coupon and you can redeem it in your next purchase or exchange at styrrior.com

How long the refund procedure takes?

  1. The refund procedure will be initiated 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Styrrior.com E-Wallet as store credit or discount coupons exclusively for you will be provided.

Where should i return my product?

You are requested to courier the products to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges in case of manufacturing defects only.

  1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
